GP or POH
Does your child have wounds or visible damage from hurting himself? If so, see your family doctor or primary care physician (POH). They can see how bad it is and tell you what you can do.
Conversation with school
Do you think hurting has to do with school or pressure from others? If so, talk to the school or to a doctor at the Public Health Service. Together, you can find a way to help your child properly. Also, the school's Internal Counselor or pediatrician may involve the teacher in providing support.
The Children's Telephone
