What can you do?
What can you do?
Talk about it
Talking about bullying is difficult, but also very brave. Find someone you trust, such as a parent, family member, friend, mentor or confidant at school. Just telling your story can help. You don't have to solve it alone.
School must do something
Every school has rules about what they do in cases of bullying. This is called abullying protocol. If you tell what is going on, school should listen and help you. You may also say what you need to feel safe again.

Are you the bully?
Perhaps you notice that you are the one who excludes or hurts others. Good that you recognize this. Bullying often says something about how you feel inside. Maybe you are struggling with something yourself. Fortunately, you can change your behavior - and that's powerful.
Think about these questions:
- How would you feel if you were that other person?
- Can you say sorry and really try to make amends?
- Then stop behaviors that make someone sad. Small steps can make a big difference.
