Sometimes you get mail that you don't quite understand what it says. A letter from the municipality, a form you have to fill out, or a message from an authority. If you find reading and writing in Dutch difficult, it can make you feel insecure. On this page you will find information about support in understanding forms or language.

The Info Hour
Stuck filling out forms, understanding letters or contacting agencies? Stop by the free Info Clinic. Here they look with you and see what help you need. You are welcome every Wednesday evening from 19.00 to 20.30 and Friday morning from 10.00 to 11.30 in the Town Hall of Houten. Making an appointment is not necessary, you can just walk in.

Want to know more about language classes or help with language? On the website of the Language House find information, you can ask questions and sign up.
Do you have a letter you don't understand? Or a form you need to fill out? At the Language walk-in you can walk in without an appointment. Someone will help you read, explain or fill you in. You can also just come in with a language question.
