My child suffers from grief and loss
Losing a loved one can be a difficult experience for both you and your child. Radical events or the loss of something tangible can also lead to mourning. Children need extra attention just then. From you as a parent or from someone else in your child's network. Even if you are grieving yourself, you can be there for your child in various ways and at the same time take good care of yourself.

Support from the network
See if people close to you can help, such as family or friends. This is nice if you are grieving yourself. Your child may feel that he or she is not alone. If you take good care of yourself, you can also take better care of your child.
